Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident ordering from SmackDown Inc. Because many automotive performance parts are vehicle-specific, made to order, special order, or sourced directly from a manufacturer or supplier, return eligibility can vary by product.

Return requests

Unless a product page or manufacturer policy states otherwise, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at smackdowninc@hotmail.com before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Eligible returns must generally be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and accessories.

Non-returnable items

Special-order, made-to-order, custom-configured, opened electrical/electronic items, tuning products or software, installed or attempted-to-install parts, damaged or modified items, and products identified by the manufacturer or supplier as final sale may not be returnable. Manufacturer-specific return rules may also apply.

Fitment

Customers are responsible for confirming year, make, model, trim, engine, drivetrain, factory options, and other fitment requirements before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase so we can help verify fitment.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage. Do not install a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by SmackDown Inc or an applicable supplier. Return shipping and any manufacturer or supplier restocking charge may be deducted when applicable.
